Repairs or Replacements

At Linked RVA, your satisfaction matters. Each piece is carefully welded to last—but if your jewelry breaks due to a faulty weld or chain issue within the first 30 days, I'm happy to offer a one-time free reattachment or 20% off a replacement if chain is lost (equal or lesser value).

What’s fully covered:

• Chain breaks at the weld site
• Defects in the chain (not caused by tugging or snagging)
• Needing to take off your piece for a medical reason 

What’s not fully covered:

• Loss of the chain
• Damage due to pulling, snagging, or misuse
• Normal wear beyond 30 days

Reminder: Permanent means claspless, not unbreakable - things do happen and I am here to help!
