At Linked RVA, your satisfaction matters. Each piece is carefully welded to last—but if your jewelry breaks due to a faulty weld or chain issue within the first 30 days, we’re happy to offer a one-time free reattachment or replacement.

What’s covered:

• Chain breaks at the weld site
• Defects in the chain (not caused by tugging or snagging)

What’s not covered:

• Loss of the chain
• Damage due to pulling, snagging, or misuse
• Normal wear beyond 30 days
